Join the 2019 Great American Cleanup and help remove tons of litter from our streets, parks, and waterways!

It’s a great way to make a positive, lasting difference in your community and work towards a healthy local environment.  Close to 3,000 volunteers helped make Rockland a cleaner, greener county in 2018 and we anticipate similar success this year!

Keep Rockland Beautiful has been facilitating community involvement and environmental stewardship for more than 20 years.  Our cleanups are excellent family activities, team-building exercises, and offer fun for all!  Keep an eye out for Cleanup KiRBy, the Keep Rockland Beautiful mascot who you can find hiding at Community Cleanup Events!

We’re kicking off the Great American Cleanup with the Hillburn Community Cleanup on Saturday, March 30th We’re excited to reveal this year’s campaign t-shirt at the event, and look forward to seeing a sea of volunteers wearing their green Keep Rockland Beautiful t-shirts from previous years.  Be sure to bring a reusable water bottle, and work gloves, too!
